The Organizer, in the context of using the services of the application and receiving personal data from the Company for the execution of the contract concluded between him and the user, declares the following
The Organizer, for the personal data it receives from the Company in the context of using the application, acts as the Data Controller as it determines the purposes of the processing of personal data and the means by which it is carried out.
Therefore, the Organizer declares and guarantees that it fully complies with the obligations of the GDPR, as well as with all other harmonized and applicable legislation, court decisions or instructions or decisions of authorities or their instructions regarding privacy and the protection of the individual from the processing of personal data and bears the burden of proof of compliance with them.
The Organizer is responsible to the Company for any fault of his in case of non-compliance with his obligations arising from the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and, as a result, liability is incurred in the person of the Company for any reason.
